How to claim

In the event of a traffic accident, you may be asked to provide the following information:

  • Your policy number or vehicle license plate number
  •  Your exact location in cases of a traffic accident, preferably with reference to prominent buildings or landmarks, street names or intersections, as well as your phone number or that of the driver of the vehicle so that our RED Team rider is able to find you easily
  • Your driving license and insurance certificate are attached to your car windscreen for our RED Team rider to verify your policy details
